Guided Body Awareness Meditation

moving from head to toe, noticing sensations along the way.

Take time to connect with the kids in your life! This is a fun practice for elementary aged children(ages 5 and up) and caregivers, to play and explore mindfulness together. Class will include relaxation time for the adults and a separate activity for the kids. No yoga experience required. Please bring a yoga mat. Cost is $20 for a family of 2 + $5 for each additional family member. Book online to reserve your space now.

Ready for a reset? Let go of the tension and stress you’ve accumulated in your body and mind, and rest deeply. This session involves some gentle movement and long-held supported postures. Cushions, blankets, and sand bags are provided to allow the body to release into gravity & relaxation.
